LATE POLICY
At YAI YAI, we do our best to accommodate our guests. Of course, things can happen. If you are running late, please call or text us.
We want to be able to serve you properly. After 15 minutes late, your reservation is subject to change depending on availability.

CANCELATION / NO SHOW POLICY
We would appreciate a 24-hour notice to cancel reservations.
If reservations are canceled less than 24-hours in advance or do not show, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price, unless you have an emergency.
All services over $150 require a credit card number attached to your file.
For your convenience, YAIYAI offers text notifications for all scheduled reservations and texting capabilities for concierge communication.

SERVICE POLICY
We take pride in our work, above all else we want you to love the way you look and feel after your reservation.
If for any reason you feel you need an adjustment on your services, contact us within 7 days of your reservation.
After 7 days, a complimentary adjustment will not be considered, and additional service or product fees may apply. ​

Please refrain from using your phone to talk or to watch live recordings in the open areas. Ask for designated areas for using cell phones.
